Hi guys, I wanted to know how you felt about posting the minutes of each committee meeting and acting board meeting. This will give each residence the ability to view what ideas went forth and decisions that we plan on bring to the community meeting for them to vote on. This all came up when several residence stated that the homeowners did not have any say so in the rules of the swimming pool. They also wanted to know who made them up and how did they decide on these rules. I never recall these rules being put through a vote at the community meeting but I may not have been their. However, in the future if the leaders that are choosen could better involve residents of upcoming changes I believe it would bind us closer together.
